About the Community Lens

The Community Lens is a public service class in Providence College that will spend a semester teaching local kids ages 8-14 about photography at CityArts in Providence.  The goal of this service project is to give young artists the opportunity to go out into their community and photograph, simple as that. We are currently working on an art exhibit to show the student’s work sometime in April.
